You'll find endless varieties of fruits and vegetables, from Mangoes to Leeks, Asparagus to Olives, Cabbage to Passion fruit...with more than 2,500 miles of coastline the quality and variety of seafood speaks for itself. Beef, Pork and chicken is plentiful, but lamb is not eaten.
