Ukrainian Levkoy cats are a man made breed, and they were just recently developed, in 2001. The Ukrainian Levkoy cats were recognized in 2005 in the Ukraine by ICFA RUI which stands for Rolandus Union International. After that, they were also recognized in Russia in 2010 by ICFA WCA.
